Griffin Core by Campos is pleased to announce that Thomas Strauven will become a new driver for the team to take part in the 2025 F4 Spain season. The Belgian is one of his country's great hopes in motorsport for the coming years and, in his first season in the category, he has already demonstrated his outstanding talent in single-seaters.

Strauven, born in Houthalen-Helchteren on April 5, 2008, had his first encounter with karting in 2017, where he immediately emerged as a clear and solid contender for victories and podiums. Champion of the RMC International Trophy and Runner-up in the BNL Karting Series in the Micro Max category in 2019, he would win the latter the following year in the Mini Max category.

He continued to climb steadily through the ranks, passing through the X30 Junior, Junior Max, X30 Mini, OK Junior, and X30 Junior categories, finishing second in the IAME International Games in 2021 in the latter. In his last two seasons before moving to single-seaters, Strauven was second in the OK category of the 2022 LeCont Trophy and runner-up in the WSK Super Master Series in the same category the following year. In F4, he secured one victory and five podiums in his first full campaign, results he aims to improve with Griffin Core by Campos in 2025.

The 2025 F4 Spain season will kick off at Motorland Aragón on March 29-30 before heading to the second event in Los Arcos on May 3-4. The two events outside of Spain are scheduled for Algarve on June 7-8 and Le Castellet on June 21-22. After the summer break, the championship will continue in Jerez on September 20-21, Cheste on October 18-19, and will bring the curtain down in Barcelona on the weekend of November 15-16.

Adrián Campos (Team Principal of Campos Racing): “I want to welcome Thomas to our team. We have seen firsthand his constant progression in his rookie season in F4 Spain, and he has enormous potential yet to be developed. I am sure we will have a great year together, and we will provide all our experience to help him translate his talent into the best possible results.”

Thomas Strauven (Driver of Griffin Core by Campos in F4 Spain): “I’m excited to announce that I’ll be joining Griffin Core by Campos for the 2025 season. My rookie year was a great learning experience, and I’m grateful for everything it taught me. Now, with Griffin Core by Campos, I’m ready to push myself even further and aim for the best possible results. I want to thank Griffin Core by Campos for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. I can’t wait to get started and take on the challenges of the new season!”
