The Spanish driver, who recently secured his first win in the category, will complete his second season behind the wheel of a Campos Racing-run car in Red Bull colors. Martí and Arvid Lindblad will form a perfect blend of talent, experience, and speed
Campos Racing is pleased to announce that Pepe Martí will remain with the team to compete in the 2025 FIA Formula 2 season. The Barcelona-born driver will become the new teammate of British driver Arvid Lindblad, who was confirmed by Campos Racing last September to step up to FIA Formula 2 with one of their cars.
Martí, born in Sabadell, Barcelona, on June 13, 2005, has spent his entire racing career in single-seater competitions with Campos Racing. Following a successful karting career, Martí moved to F4 Spain with Campos Racing, where he finished third in the final standings, securing two wins, nine podiums, and three pole positions. In the next two seasons, he continued to defend the colors of the Alzira-based team in FIA Formula 3, being a title contender in 2023 with three wins and four podiums, characterized by impressive race comebacks.
In 2024, the Catalan driver made his debut in FIA Formula 2, starting the season on a high note by finishing second and third in Bahrain. Martí also finished second in one of the races in Spielberg and ended the year in style by winning the sprint race at Yas Marina with an impeccable performance in his rookie season. With all the accumulated experience, Martí is expected to be one of the drivers to watch in the fight for the title in 2025.
Martí and Lindblad will make their debut as teammates this week in the post-season tests starting Wednesday at the Yas Marina Circuit, which will continue until Friday.
The 2025 season calendar will once again consist of fourteen events. New to the schedule, the championship will kick off in Melbourne on the weekend of March 15-16. In the following month, April, the championship will move to Sakhir and Jeddah on April 12-13 and April 19-20. The European season will start in Imola on May 17-18, followed by visits to Monaco (May 24-25) and Barcelona (May 31-June 1).
After several weeks off, the action will resume in Spielberg on June 28-29, followed by two iconic events in Silverstone (July 5-6) and Spa-Francorchamps (July 26-27). Hungaroring will host the last event before the summer break on the weekend of August 2-3. Monza will hold races on September 6-7, with Baku returning on the weekend of September 20-21. The final sprint will take place in Lusail and Yas Marina on the weekends of November 29-30 and December 6-7, respectively.

He is like family to us, and we understand each other perfectly as he is fully integrated into the team. It has been a fairly positive first year in FIA Formula 2, with four podiums, including a victory in Abu Dhabi, which should serve as the ultimate motivation for 2025. We will have two young drivers, Pepe and Arvid, with whom we aim to achieve great things once again."
