The team’s three F1 Academy drivers will each take part in two rounds of the winter championship in preparation for the 2025 season
The new year's competitive activity kicks off this weekend for Campos Racing, as the Alzira-based team travels to the Algarve International Circuit to compete in the first round of the Formula Winter Series. This winter championship will serve as the first on-track experience of the year for Alisha Palmowski, Rafaela Ferreira, and Chloe Chambers, with further participation scheduled for the events in Cheste (February 13-16) and Motorland Aragón (March 1-3).
Campos Racing’s confirmed F1 Academy drivers will each compete in two of the three rounds in which the Valencian team will be present. In Portugal, British driver Palmowski and Brazilian driver Ferreira will take to the track, while Palmowski will race again in Cheste alongside Chambers. Finally, in Alcañiz, it will be the turn of the American Chambers and Ferreira. All three will drive Tatuus single-seaters equipped with Pirelli tires, making for valuable preparation ahead of the F1 Academy season opener in Shanghai in mid-March.
All the action from each event can be watched live via the Formula Winter Series' YouTube stream on both Saturday and Sunday: https://www.youtube.com/@winter-series
