The Mexican driver joins the Campos Racing roster to contest the 2023 Eurocup-3 season, firstly carrying out several test sessions with the Tatuus car
Campos Racing are delighted to announce that Jorge Campos is joining their driver line-up for the 2023 Eurocup-3 season, at the moment completing a testing programme ahead of his debut in the series. The Mexican racer will drive a fifth Campos Racing-entered Tatuus F3 T-318 later this season alongside Francesco Braschi, Suleiman Zanfari, Esteban Masson and Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak
Campos is making a step forward in his racing career as he has previously raced in the F4 Spanish Championship. The 19-year-old driver will contest the Eurocup-3 as it provides a valuable platform for young drivers to continue making progress on the single-seater ladder on the best European circuits.
At the moment, Braschi sits first in the drivers’ standings. On the other hand, Zanfari is fourth and Masson and Inthraphuvasak are also in the top-ten. Last but not last, Campos Racing commands the teams’ classification. Motorland Aragon will host the second round of Eurocup-3 on 27-28 May.
