The trio confirmed by the Alzira-based team ensures talent and immense potential for the upcoming season
Griffin Core by Campos is pleased to announce Jesse Carrasquedo, Francisco Macedo, and Kacper Sztuka as its new drivers for the 2025 Eurocup-3 season. With this lineup, the Valencian team will field a total of six Tatuus F3 T-318 cars, in addition to the three Red Bull-liveried single-seaters already confirmed for Jules Caranta, Ernesto Rivera, and Enzo Tarnvanichkul in recent weeks.
Mexican driver Jesse Carrasquedo needs no introduction to Campos Racing fans, as the 17-year-old from León has been linked to the team since joining the Campos Academy. Carrasquedo raced for Campos Racing in F4 Spain in both 2022 and 2023 before making the step up to Eurocup-3 last season. Despite competing in only half of the season, Carrasquedo proved to be one of the strongest drivers on the grid, securing a victory and pole position at Motorland Aragón, a third-place finish at Le Castellet, and consistently fighting for podiums in most of the remaining races.
As for Macedo, the 16-year-old Portuguese driver from Braga—a city with a rich motorsport tradition—is a fresh face. After finishing third in the 2021 Troféu Rotax Portugal in the Junior Max category, Macedo was crowned Portuguese champion in X30 Senior two years later. He made his single-seater debut in 2024, competing in various rounds of the Spanish and Italian F4 championships. Additionally, he represented Portugal in the FIA Motorsport Games in F4.
Another new addition is Sztuka, a Polish driver born in Bielsko-Biała in 2006, considered one of his country’s most promising talents for the future. Inspired by Robert Kubica, Sztuka began karting at an early age, and his impressive results led to his move to single-seaters in 2021, competing in the Italian F4 Championship. His breakout year came in 2023 when he was crowned Italian F4 champion after achieving nine wins, twelve podiums, nine pole positions, and eight fastest laps. Notably, Sztuka won eight of the last nine Italian F4 races that season.
In summary, three determined drivers aiming for the top step of the podium in this European-level championship. Alongside Caranta, Rivera, and Tarnvanichkul, they form a remarkably strong lineup for the Spanish team.
The Eurocup-3 calendar will feature eight rounds, beginning at Spielberg’s Red Bull Ring on the weekend of 17-18 May. The championship will then move to Portimão on 7-8 June, followed by Le Castellet on 21-22 June. The Monza´s "Temple of Speed” will host the fourth round at the height of summer. The iconic Assen circuit, known as "The Cathedral of Motorcycling," will make its series debut on 9-10 August, while Spa-Francorchamps will mark the final northern European race on 4-5 September. As is tradition, the championship will return to Spain in autumn, with rounds in Jerez de la Frontera on 20-21 September and the season finale in Barcelona on 15-16 November
