Hockenheim marks the half-way mark of the 2016 season. Álex Palou, Steijn Schothorst and Konstantin Tereschenko keep their eyes on points scoring finishes
The Hockenheimring will host the fifth round of the GP3 Series next weekend and Campos Racing and its trio of drivers look to improve results. The long straights and low-speed corner mix of this technical racetrack are a true challenge for drivers and engineers as it results in difficulties to find the right set-up.
Spain´s Álex Palou – who took second at Silverstone-, Netherlands´ Steijn Schothorst and Russia´s Konstantin Tereschenko didn´t have luck on their side at Hungaroring but they all had pace to make it into the top 8. Hockenheim promises new thrills and another chance to shine in the GP3 Series.
Friday´s practice session will take place at 17.50. Qualifying will be held on Saturday morning at 09.45 ahead of race 1 at 17.15. Finally, on Sunday, race 2 is due to start at 09.15.
