Mahindra Racing and NEXTEV TCR Formula E Team, whose all-electric cars are run by Campos Racing, aim for success in the United States

The sixth round of the FIA Formula E will provide another exciting Saturday with Campos Racing running four cars entered by Mahindra Racing and NEXTEV TCR Formula E. Famous Long Beach will be visited by the electric open-wheel cars next weekend. The modified version of the Long Beach track is 2.1 km and features seven turns with iconic East Shoreline Drive and East Seaside Way.

Both cars running under Mahindra Racing will be driven by Germany´s Nick Heidfeld and Brazil´s Bruno Senna. Heidfeld scored ten points over the last two rounds and lies 9th in the drivers´ ranking. His teammate Senna also claimed a double point finish. Meanwhile, defending champion Nelson Piquet Jr. and Oliver Turvey target points on American soil for NEXTEV TCR Formula E Team as well.

Two non-qualifying practice sessions on Saturday morning will be an appetizer for qualifying (12.00 local time). Long Beach ePrix is due to start at 16.00 (local time) and consists of 41 laps.
