The 2024 F4 Spain season will pass its midpoint this coming weekend, just as the first step of the single-seater ladder championship heads into the summer break. As for the Alzira-based team, Campos Racing will field three single-seaters for James Egozi, Nathan Tye, and Enzo Tarnvanichkul, while Ernesto Rivera, Jan Przyrowski, and Andrés Cárdenas will once again defend the colors of Griffin Core by Campos.

The category has so far visited the circuits of Jarama, Algarve, and Paul Ricard, with Mexican Rivera climbing to third place in the drivers' standings. Rivera has accumulated a total of 86 points thanks to a win in Portugal, a second place in Jarama, and scoring points in six other races—finishing all but one where he retired. American Egozi has made giant strides forward, finishing second and third in Le Castellet after three top-5 finishes in the first two rounds, placing him seventh in the standings with 71 points.

Przyrowski and Tye are next in line after their teammate Egozi in the drivers' standings. Both the Pole and the Brit have tasted the podium in F4 Spain, with Przyrowski finishing third in Jarama and Tye second in Portimão. Additionally, both have shown consistency and reliability, finishing in the points numerous times. Meanwhile, Peruvian Cárdenas and Thai Tarnvanichkul will aim to improve their competitiveness and seek their first podiums of the season.

Motorland Aragón is a well-known circuit for both the team and its drivers, with Egozi having won one of the races held there during the Winter Series earlier this year. Alcañiz is one of the classic names in Spanish motorsport history and tradition, with Motorland being a very fast circuit where races are characterized by pack racing. Additionally, the long back straight offers the opportunity to take advantage of slipstreaming.

The schedule includes two free practice sessions on Saturday morning, each lasting forty minutes. The first qualifying session will take place at 15:00. Race 1 will be 30 minutes plus one lap and will start that same afternoon at 17:10. On Sunday, the drivers will take to the track at 09:00 for the second qualifying session. The second race, scheduled for 25 minutes plus one lap, will start at 11:05. Finally, the third and last race will be held starting at 15:40, lasting 30 minutes plus one lap. All the action can be followed through the live streaming on the championship's YouTube channel. All times are in Spanish time.

Adrián Campos (Team Principal of Campos Racing): “Two of our drivers have already achieved victories in the championship this season and two others have also been on the podium. We are on an upward trend in terms of competitiveness, and I hope we can demonstrate this once again in Alcañiz, where we performed at a high level during the Winter Series. The gaps are always minimal, with almost thirty drivers within practically one second, so it will be important to qualify as far ahead as possible to avoid incidents in the pack and not have to attack constantly.”

Andrés Cárdenas (Griffin Core by Campos Driver in F4 Spain): “Motorland is one of my favorite circuits on the calendar. We have prepared a lot and learned very important things during the tests. I can't wait for this race week to start!"
