South Africa’s driver and Switzerland’ s Boschung will drive Campos Racing-entered cars at Sakhir International Circuit
Campos Racing will field a two-car lineup in the upcoming Formula 2 collective test, which is scheduled in Baharain on 29-30-31 March. Ralph Boschung, the 19-year old driver born in Monthey and previously confirmed for a full-season assault, will be teaming up with another youngster: Raoul Hyman.
Hyman, aged 20, already drove for Campos Racing in GP3 Series’ testing at Estoril last week and the South-African ace drove brilliantly to top the time sheets despite it was his first time on the Portuguese track. Boschung, who already made an impression two weeks ago at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, and Hyman will be a speedy pair of drivers at the second collective test of 2017. They both will make their first appearance in Sakhir behind the wheel of a Formula 2 car.
Campos Racing completed a successful opening test in the Iberian Peninsula and both drivers and team enjoyed two days with a lot of learning.
